My Background

I have spent the last 16 years working with global performance management company, Nielsen.

I've worked extensively across the Australian and New Zealand markets with project work in the US, France, Malaysia, Canada, South Korea, Thailand and Italy.

Over the last 6 years I worked in the Executive Team leading the Marketing and Communications function for the Pacific arm of the business. I also have a history of success in leading sales process improvements - training teams and coaching individuals. This work has produced some of the most exciting commercial wins of recent years.

In addition to my training and facilitation work, I am a sought-after conference and boardroom presenter. 

Today I bring these skills and experiences directly to clients.


When I am not working directly with clients, I lecture Marketing. Leadership & People Management to the students in the Masters of Information Technology course at the University of Technology Sydney.

I am also the inaugural Program Director for the Australian Grocery Academy. Launched in 2017 the Academy helps high-potential grocery professionals boost their career.  This exciting series of courses, coaching and online tracking is run by Real World Marketing in conjunction with The Australian Food and Grocery Council. Certified Practitioner Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)

I offer full HBDI facilitation. It is an excellent non-judgmental tool that people can leverage straight away. By focusing on preferred communication styles of individuals, you can deliver messages with significantly greater success. HBDi is used by 80% of Fortune 500 companies.
